The NACHC Financial/Operations Management Seminars provide attendees with the opportunity of learning about health center requirements and management techniques that include practical and proven "take home" solutions to improve health center performance on three levels.
The Level 1 (basic) course focuses on such topics as establishing accounting systems, grants management, and reimbursement systems in health centers. The Level 2 (intermediate) training addresses operational and information management needs. Level 3 (advanced) is about leadership and management, advanced data analysis, and incentive programs for management and providers.
