In this webinar, participants will learn about the unique challenges faced by health centers in partnering with CAHs and some of the solutions employed to overcome them. Topics include how to share resources, co-locate services and leverage benefits in order to maximize impact and access, as well as reduce costs, without jeopardizing federal designation. Participants will explore "real-life" scenarios from one or more health centers that have established successful partnerships with their local CAHs, including the challenges they faced and the lessons they learned.
Learning Objectives: By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:
*Identify specific requirements and characteristics of health centers and CAHs
*Identify viable affiliation options to coordinate delivery, share resources and maximize access.
*Identify challenges and solutions in developing and implement options
