Life circumstances may create unique healthcare needs for particular individuals or populations. This session will assist you in understanding what the unique needs are of the special populations you serve (homeless, migrant and public housing) and provide you with the resources you need to better serve them. As a new grantee, you are an integral part of their lives, assisting them with everything from primary care, oral health, behavioral health and even job training and housing.
