Strengthening the Board Chair/CEO Partnership - TX

Description

Building a strong and productive relationship between Board chairs and chief executives is crucial for Board effectiveness and health center well-being. Through brief presentations, small group exercises,and individual reflections, participants will:

*Leadership for Health Care ACCESS in Your Community
*Expand their knowledge of effective health center governance,
*Identify specific ways in which to support each other as organizational leaders and become a more effective leadership team,
*Gain ideas for how to turn their Board into more of an organizational asset,
*Find new ways in which to plan and conduct board meetings that are engaging, productive, and enjoyable.

NOTE: Both the health center CEO and Board Chair are required to attend this training together. Pre-registration is required.
