NACHC is offering a single registration fee for this three-part series,
Community Partnerships 101
. The sessions are designed to build on each other, therefore it is not possible to sign-up for an individual session.
Session#1: Key Operational Concepts for Collaborations
Learning Objectives: By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:
1. Identify different approaches to staffing their collaborations, including contracting for personnel, and transitioning and blending of workforces between you and your partner.
2. Identify other potential infrastructure challenges which could impact implementation and establishing other systems necessary to ensure continuity. 3. Develop their internal and external communication plans
