DESCRIPTION
Health center board members have a duty of loyalty to act in the best interest of the health center and not in a manner that furthers personal interests at the health center’s expense. This Information Bulletin provides general advice to board members regarding when actual or potential conflicts of interest may arise and what steps to take to ensure that the conflict does not taint board decision-making.
