You are registered for "Strategic Planning & Scenario Planning for Health Center Boards." The training will take place June 11, 2026, from 6:00 PM ET to 7:15 PM ET (5:00pm CT/4:00pm MT/3:00pm PT to 6:15pm CT/5:15pm MT/4:15pm PT) on Zoom. Strategic planning and scenario planning are essential activities for health center boards. Not only is strategic planning required by the Health Center Program, it is also a key board responsibility to ensure the health center is sustainable and thriving now and into the future. This 75-minute virtual training will focus on different strategic planning approaches including integrating the Health Center Needs Assessment into strategic planning, describing how boards can provide effective oversight by tracking key performance indicators, adapting the plan annually to meet current needs, and highlighting how the use of scenario planning can help health centers remain nimble and successful in a changing landscape.
