In today’s rapidly changing healthcare landscape, effective leadership is more essential than ever. The Foundation of Supervisory Leadership eLearning course equips learners with essential skills and strategies to lead teams, manage conflicts, and inspire their teams to achieve organizational goals. Whether the learner is new to a supervisory role or a seasoned executive, this course will provide relevant and implementation-ready tools to enhance their leadership abilities. Through seven interactive modules and corresponding knowledge checks, learners will explore key leadership principles, develop practical skills, and engage in self-reflection to enhance their supervisory capabilities. Participants that complete the eLearning will receive both a certificate from NACHC and 7 ACHE continuing education credits. This course is appropriate for health center leaders and leaders in other healthcare delivery settings.
