This 3-part intensive would provide a deep dive on the topics of health center board composition, recruitment, and orientation. Participants will learn about good governance practices, discuss pain points and solutions, as well apply tools (e.g., board composition matrix, board orientation agenda templates) to enhance their own board’s practices in these areas. Pricing includes access to NACHC’s toolkit on board orientation which will be released in Fall 2025. This program takes place October 22, November 12, and December 10, from 4:00-5:30 PM ET.
